CalHFA Breakfast Briefing
The California Housing Finance Agency's Multifamily Lending Division is making some important changes to help fuel the production of affordable housing, so come fuel up for the day and hear what's new. CalHFA has had its collective ear to the ground for the past few years, getting extensive feedback from public and private partners on how it can most efficiently fulfill its mission: To create and finance progressive housing solutions so that more Californians have a place to call home. These innovations, including CalHFA's new Mixed-Income Program, are all designed to better facilitate the collaboration that is needed to maximize California's resources to produce affordable housing.
Tia Boatman-Patterson serves as Executive Director of the California Housing Finance Agency, the state’s affordable housing lender. CalHFA’s Multifamily Division has used more than $4.5 billion in financing for the construction and preservation of more than 63,000 affordable rental homes in California.
