Reducing Parolee Recidivism Through Supportive Homes

Supportive Homes: Pathways to Success After Homelenessness (Sacramento, CA) -- Case Study. This case study describes the Pathways program. Pathways serves approximately 200 people who have mental illness and a history of chronic homelessness
from three targeted
populations: adults; emancipated, transition-aged youth (18-25 years old); and
seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families.
