HUD Releases Final Definition of "Homelessness"

What does it mean?

On November 15th, after years of waiting, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released final regulations on the definition of homelessness used for HUD's homeless assistance grant programs. We created a one-page fact sheet explaining the significant changes and why they matter.
