December is a great time to make an appointment with your state Assemblymember and Senator, because they are in their district offices all month.

Invite legislators to see your latest development and meet some of the tenants.
Describe the problems you're having securing construction loans due to the state's bond woes.
Outline the job-creation and life-changing benefits of your developments.
