Saldana Introduces HCA's Senior Homes Bill
One of our highest legislative priorities this year is AB 927, which we are co-sponsoring with AARP, Congress of CA Seniors, Aging Services of CA, and CA Commission on Aging. AB 927 will make senior home developments more competitive in the Multifamily Housing Program, to help ensure the state is prepared for the upcoming wave of retirees.
