Two Eminent Domain-Related Ballot Measures:
Vote NO on 98 -- YES on 99!

Both the landlord's hidden agenda scheme (Proposition 98) and the Homeowners Protection Act (Proposition 99) gathered sufficient signatures to qualify for the June ballot.
TAKE ACTION:
- Sign up to support Proposition 99 and oppose Proposition 98 by visiting the Eminent Domain Reform Now (Yes on 99: The Homeowners Protection Act) website.
- Help collect stories to defeat Prop 98 and
support Prop 99.
