Learn to Use the Interactive Mapping Tool That Measures the True Affordability of Housing, Based on Location
February 12, 2010

Housing California is proud to partner with the Center for Neighborhood Technology to host this free educational Webinar on a powerful, online tool: The Housing + Transportation Affordability Index.
About the Housing + Transportation Affordability Index
Developed by the Center for Neighborhood Technology, the Housing + Transportation Affordability Index is an innovative, interactive mapping tool that measures the true affordability of housing based on location. (Note: The current Index will soon be expanded to cover 337 metros with housing and transportation costs at the neighborhood level!)
The Housing + Transportation Affordability Index takes into account not just the cost of housing, but also its location efficiency, by measuring the transportation costs associated with housing in different locations.
