HCD Releases Draft T.O.D. Guidelines
On August 9, 2007, the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) released its draft guidelines for Proposition 1C’s $300 million Transit-Oriented Development program.
The department is accepting written comments through September 10, 2007, and will hold several workshops around the state to solicit additional feedback.
Housing California’s policy working group will review the draft on September 6, 2007, and submit written suggestions. Please send your feedback to Julie Snyder at , so we can incorporate it into our response.
