What is the Homes to End Homelessness Coalition?
The Homes to End Homelessness Coalition is comprised of homelessness policy advocates who seek to address homelessness by increasing the supply of affordable housing throughout California.
Why should I join?
Joining the Homes to End Homelessness Coalition gives you the chance to:
- Share ideas with -- and learn from -- homeless policy advocates throughout the state.
- Gain a better understanding of the legislative process.
- Increase your knowledge base and become more effective at the local level -- and within your own organization.
- Participate in leadership activities at the local level and on other Housing California committees.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions that help determine homeless policy recommendations to Housing California's Board of Directors.
- Help guide statewide homeless policy through Housing California activities in the Capitol.
What can I expect once I join?
Once you complete the online form below, you will be added to the Homes to End Homelessness (Yahoo) ListServ. You will receive e-mail from Zack Olmstead (Housing California's Homeless Policy Advocate) and other Coalition members. All Coalition members will also be invited to periodic face-to-face meetings at Housing California-hosted events and conferences.
Is there a fee to participate?
No. There is no fee to join the Homes to End Homeless Coalition. You need only complete the online form below OR print and mail/fax the hardcopy form to Zack Olmstead (see contact info below).
