Resources for Individuals
- New! Foreclosure Hotline for Tenants -- Tenants Together has launched California's only hotline for tenants in foreclosure situations. The hotline will provide information and referrals to tenants whose landlords are at some stage of the foreclosure process. Tenants who need assistance can reach our Tenant Foreclosure Hotline at 415.495.8102. For more information, visit the Tenants Together website.
- California's Consumer Home Mortgage Information web site will allow you to find helpful information and links if you are considering buying a home, or if you already own a home, or have a mortgage and may be experiencing difficulty in keeping your payments current.
- The "HOPE Hotline" Home Ownership Preservation Foundation (1-888-995-HOPE) provides free mortgage counseling 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Resources for Organizations
- National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) Program. This $180-million program was launched in December 2007 with funds appropriated by Congress to increase the availabilty of foreclosure counseling services across the country.
- Foreclosure Help and Hope for Homeowners. NeighborWorks teamed up with the Ad Council to create a national public service awareness advertising campaign. The ads are available to all interested communities.
- NeighborWorks Center for Foreclosure Solutions was created to preserve homeownership and healthy neighborhoods in the face of rising foreclosure rates.
