Job Description
Community Resource Center, a leading domestic violence agency in Encinitas seeks a Manager to oversee a 7 bedroom domestic violence shelter, 4 transitional housing units, an off-site housing program, and a therapeutic child care center. Program includes case management, education, legal advocacy, employment preparation, and counseling services. Program administration, management, and contract compliance experience required. Grant writing and budget experience is a plus. Must possess strong computer and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks proficiently. Provide direct supervision and development of staff.
Qualifications:
Two years Domestic Violence services or related experience a plus. Bilingual Spanish preferred. A master’s degree in counseling or management is preferred.
