Each year, Housing California offers scholarships to people who otherwise might not be able to attend the conference, thus expanding the opportunity for more individuals to participate. Awards are based on commitment and potential to give back to the field and financial need.CHANGES TO THIS YEAR'S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
