The Los Angeles Community Design Center is now Abode Communities! The mission of Abode Communities is to open new doors in people’s lives through creative and responsible design, development and operation of service-enhanced affordable housing. Its professionals are recognized for being the best in their fields, combining the highest industry standards with an unwavering commitment to building community and transforming the lives of low-income individuals and families.
With over 40 years of experience, Abode Communities’ specific strength is building sustainable, multi-family affordable housing to address the need of Southern California's large workforce, low-income families, seniors and individuals with special needs. Currently, Abode Communities owns 32 properties throughout Southern California that are home to almost 5,000 residents
